Project Scope
The Peninsula Club is entering a momentous time in its history. The Next Generation Renovation will begin on October 2, 2023, to be completed by October 2024. The Renovation will provide improvements to many areas of the facilities, including:
• Complete Golf Course redesign in partnership with Beau Welling Design
• Practice Facility expansion including construction of a state-of-the-art Performance Center with two teaching bays, putting course, and new attached Golf Pro Shop
• Conversion of the previous Golf Pro Shop to a Co-ed Adult Lounge
• Addition of four Har-Tru clay Tennis Courts and six new Pickle Ball Courts
• Golf Course Maintenance Facility and Parking Lot improvements
