After leaving the US Navy, Adam went back to the restaurant business where his passion for wine and beer grew. Spending the last 9 years at Sullivanís Steakhouse, he rose through the ranks and served the last three years as Beverage Director. He became a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is a two-time winner of the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence. He is currently pursuing the Advanced Sommelier certification, as well as, Certified Cicerone. During his free time, he enjoys hiking with his wife Jessica and their 4 dogs.
