Tennis Shop Manager
Brittany is originally from Key Largo, Florida, but has lived around the Charlotte area since 2002. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2009, then a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Service Management in 2011. Before working at The Peninsula Club, Brittany worked as a prep chef at the Country Club of Salisbury before becoming their pastry chef. 6 years later, she became a banquet server at The Peninsula Club, later filling the Banquet Supervisor position. Brittany left for a short period to work as the Director of Catering for an offsite catering company before rejoining The Peninsula Club team in the Tennis Shop. In her free time, Brittany loves to spend time with her husband Chris and their two toy poodles.
